Tournament Information
The Team’s Intermediate tournament is a new format introduced whereby a group of six individuals can make a team under a unique team name and play against other teams. This format is usually played on the national team and clubs’ level, but for this year’s Dubai Padel Cup, the general public can enjoy this exciting format.

Level of Play: Open C

Coaches Restrictions: No Coaches Allowed

Team: 6 players

Format: Each team will be made up of 6 individuals. The team will then play in a knockout stage format with other teams. The winning team must win 2 out of 3 matches. If both teams win a match, then the deciding third match will determine who advances to the next phase of the tournament. The matches will best of 3 sets with a golden point. If they are tied one set each, then the last set is a super tie break. The tournament format may incorporate group stages depending on the number of people registered.
