Tournament Information

The Gov Padel Cup is an exciting new competition introduced to government entities, whereby government entities can compete against one another for the title of Gov Padel Cup Champions.This format is usually played on the national team and clubs’ levels, but for this year’s Dubai Padel Cup the tournament will include government entities in an effort expand the sport and increase employee satisfaction through competition and sports.

  • Dates: 16 to 19 November

  • Venue: WPA Dubai

  • Level of Play: Open to all government and semi-government teams

  • Registration Fee: 2,500 AED per team

  • Registration Open: 02/10/23

  • Registration Closed: 14/11/23

Format:

•    6 individuals per team +2 optional substitutes (in case of injuries).
•    All team members must be from the same government entity.
•    The tournament is open to all levels.
•    To advance, each team must win two matches against the other team.
•    If the score is tied one match each, then the third match decides who advances forward.

Terms & Conditions​

  • The tournament is open to all nationalities.

  • Advance online payment required to confirm registration.

  • Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is complete.

  • Once the draw is announced, participants are not allowed to change partners.

  • The organizers have the right to eliminate players / teams of higher category.

  • The organizers reserve the right to ask for proof of participation in a previous tournament (within the last two months) of the same category.

  • The organizers have the right to change the tournament format and dates based on the number of registrations.
